Weller Street Lofts was the refurbishment of a four storey Victorian warehouse to
provide thirteen one, two and three bedroom high quality residential units with
commercial space at ground floor level
The project maintained as many of the original warehouse features as possible, and where necessary contrast them with sensitive contemporary additions.
