Valentine is a new build development,
providing both commercial space and 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments located in the
London Borough of Southwark.
The 21 flats are a mix of social and private. We worked with Sainsbury’s on the ground floor supermarket.
Externally the building is brick clad, with an inset zinc roof storey. Bold black metal terraces have been used to articulate the façade. These are flush, semi protruding and fully protruding creating a large amount of variation to profile of the building.
