were commisioned to convert a four storey 19th Century warehouse into residential and commercial accommodation, which included a contemporary two storey lightweight zinc clad
roof extension.
Externally the projecting zinc window boxes add a much needed lightening to the heavy brick industrial aesthetic yet also compliment it.
Internally, a stylised lobby and common parts was used to create a unique atheistic, using bright colour to draw residents and visitors through the building.
