Hampson Williams were appointed to refurbish
and reconfigure an existing Victorian warehouse building. The resulting design
formed six live/work units and B1 office space, adding a roof terrace and a cantilevered horizontal larch timber clad stair tower extension to prvide new access to the upper level units.
